About Babbitty Rabbitty 295
Meet Babbitty Rabbitty,
She is currently available for adoption & looking for a new home!
Babbitty Rabbitty is looking for a home with a family who is patient and kind. Someone who will show her that humans are friends.
She would love to find an owner who will welcome & allow her to be a part of their family.
Babbitty Rabbitty is a quiet bun, who allows handling & being picked up. She is sweet & overall a happy girl. It’s important to note that rabbits are often curious & cautious by nature.
She will need a safe & secure hutch. Somewhere out of the sun with plenty of shade. A place that is comfortable & cool for the warmer months, & warm & cozy for the cooler months.
Babbitty Rabbitty will need access to fresh clean water, as assortment of toys to chew on & play with and fresh food daily.
She is somewhat litter trained, but it’s best to show her where the litter tray is when you get home to minimise any accidents if you’d like to house train her.
If you’ve got other animals at home, that’s okay, just make sure that they have a slow introduction.
Can you open your heart and home to a shy little bun like Babbitty Rabbitty?
Post-Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask if that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
Medical notes
Whilst we do not traditionally vaccinate or desex our rabbits we are often flexible with potential adopters. If you are wanting to adopt one of our rabbits, please have a chat to us about your expectations regarding their medical needs.
