About Pepper - Located in Surrey Hills
Hello there, fabulous humans! I'm Pepper, the pint-sized masterpiece in fur and fluff, ready to paint your life with love and joy! 🎨✨
Let me start by saying, I'm not just a cat, I'm a walking work of art. My tortoiseshell coat is a masterpiece, and if I do say so myself, the little beige sock and tail tip? Pure genius. It's like I waltzed through a rainbow of colors and came out looking fabulous.
Now, let's talk about my early days. I may have been the runt of the litter, but that just means I've perfected the art of being irresistibly cute. My siblings used to boss me around, but hey, who needs assertiveness when you've got a knack for stealing hearts? I've turned my lack of assertiveness into a talent for being the ultimate lap cat. If there's a cuddle to be had, count me in! Pats and quality time with my humans? Oh, darling, I never tire of it. I'm practically a professional snuggler.
Being the friendly and curious feline that I am, I've been raised in a bustling family, surrounded by kids of all ages (yes, even those wobbly toddlers), large and small dogs, fellow feline friends, and enough household noise to make a rock band jealous. I'm a socialite, darling, and I thrive in the midst of the chaos.
Now, let's talk loyalty. Once I find my forever family, you can bet your last catnip toy that I'll be the most loyal companion you've ever had. Affection? Oh, I'll shower it on you like confetti at a celebration. Get ready for a lifetime of cuddles, purrs, and the occasional playful mischief.
So, who's ready to add a touch of Pepper to their lives? I promise, your days will be filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of fuzzy adorableness. Let the Pepper party begin! 🐾💕

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
