About Fern
🌿 Meet Fern!
Chirpy little Fern is an active, sweet, and low-maintenance feathered friend. He loves Lily Pily leaves and gets excited for his food. He can be wary of being handled by people initially but loves it when you sing to him. This social birdy currently spends his days in an outdoor cage chatting away with native birds and swinging on his favourite perch. He would love to have another bird as a companion. Fern is reluctantly being rehomed as his canine housemate finds him a little too fun to chase. Does Fern sounds like the perfect addition to your home?
Fern is located in Mystery Bay, NSW, 2546, but his loving guardians are willing to travel to Canberra or Wollongong to facilitate his adoption, so please don't hesitate to enquire if Fern sounds like your ideal match!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
