About Charlie - 22 Month Old Border Collie X (Trial)
Charlie is an almost 2 year old Border Collie cross (likely Kelpie). He is a loveable, affectionate, active boy who will capture your heart with his beautiful nature!
He loves being outside and running around playing fetch with a ball, as well as going on long walks.
His ideal home would be with someone who works from home or works part time, as he loves being around his people. When not being active outside, he absolutely loves snuggling up on the couch with his foster parents. Charlie loves people and has been gentle with any young kids he has met.
Charlie is always super excited to meet other dogs on his walks and at the park, but when on lead can sometimes be unsure how to react. He is still building his confidence so would need a commitment to further training and to build his confidence.
Charlie is house trained and great travelling in cars. He would ideally be in a home with inside/outside access. He hasn't been too bothered when meeting cats, so could be considered. Experience with his breed would be preferable.
Charlie overview:
- Affectionate loving nature
- Active boy
- Loves tug of war, chew toys and plenty of pats
- Needs a secure yard with minimum 6ft fencing
- And a home where his people are home more often than not!
It's time for Charlie to find his furever home!
Charlie is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW. His adoption fee is $500, and he is desexed, vaccinated and treated for worms.
