About Pumpkin
Pumpkin could be the spice of your life!
Introducing Pumpkin, an extraordinarily friendly young dog whose confidence and affectionate nature is hard to resist.
Pumpkin is a truly active dog who would benefit from an active lifestyle to keep her satisfied. She has a thirst for adventure, and spending time outside while exploring is something she really adores.
While Pumpkin is bouncy and full of joy, her new home should ideally have children aged 8+ who can handle her enthusiasm. However, if your children are exceptionally dog-savvy, they may be as young as 5 to keep up with our happy-go-lucky Pumpkin. She is also friendly with other dogs, and could happily share her home with a confident, friendly, and social doggie companion.
Pumpkin’s bouncy nature requires a home that is willing to help her with training and socialization. She hasn’t shown much playfulness at the shelter, suggesting she may need a bit of guidance to initiate playtimes. An environment with high, secure fences will also be necessary as this lively lass can jump impressively high!
Pumpkin still requires training in certain households necessities such as toilet training, but with the right guidance, she will grasp these quickly. Commitment to ongoing socialization is crucial, especially if Pumpkin is homed as the only dog.
Pumpkin is the epitome of a loving, bouncy pup who, with the right molding and guidance, can turn into a wonderful family dog. Her ability to form strong ties with her human counterparts is truly remarkable, making her a canine bundle of joy that any family would be lucky to call their own.
