Three years of watching other cats find their forever families while James stays behind, hoping that one day, someone will choose him too.
James is a gentle, sensitive boy who needs a little time to trust. He won't rush into your arms or demand your attention. He'll quietly watch from a distance, wondering if you're someone he can finally feel safe with.
But please don't mistake his shyness for a lack of love. 💙
Give James patience, kindness and time, and you'll discover the sweetest boy. The one who learns to love your gentle pats, leans in for chin scratches, enjoys sunny naps and eventually rewards your patience with the tiniest, most precious purr.
James has so much love to give. He just needs someone willing to wait for him to share it.
He would love a calm home, and a gentle feline friend may help him feel more confident. He also has occasional seizures managed with daily medication, so his ongoing care must be considered.
💔 Three years is a long time to wait to be chosen.
James doesn't need someone to love him perfectly from day one. He needs someone who will whisper, “Take your time, James. I'm not going anywhere.”
