About Suki
Hi there prospective pawrents, my name is Suki and if you’re looking for a friendly, energetic, young dog, who loves giving cuddles and loving licks, then I’m the girl for you! I’m a cute black and tan kelpie x jack russell, but at 15 kilos I am only a bit smaller than your average kelpie.
I enjoy meeting new people and other dogs, and going for a morning walk around the neighbourhood - a walk with all the interesting things to see and SMELL is such great fun!
I love playing with my toys, (squeaky teddy is my favourite) and can amuse myself for ages. I also have loads of fun having a romp with other dogs when they come to visit at my foster home. I travel well in the car and am always happy to hop in for a ride.
I am working on my manners and know how to sit and drop and my recall is usually good. I also nearly always pay attention when my foster mum tells me to get off something. I am learning to wait politely for my dinner before tucking in, and also to not pull on my lead when I head out for and during a walk, though I do find cars and their lights a bit of a distraction when it's wet. I’m making good progress with my toilet training and sleep quietly in my crate at night.
My ideal new family would be an active family, who has had experience with working breeds and where folks are home more often than not, and if there are kids they shouldn’t be too young as I’m doing really well, and have improved heaps, but am still a bit bouncy and jumpy! I would also prefer my new home to have some outdoor space for me to run around, and would love it to include a doggy playmate. My new family should also be willing to spend time with me and continue with my training and mental stimulation. In return I will happily shower them with love and cuddles.
I am ready to meet you, new pawrents, so check out all my cute photos and send in your application.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
