About Mae
If you love long walks with an adoring companion and are looking for a fun, playful and smart, beautiful dog, then Mae is your girl. She treasures being by your side day in, day out and is the most wonderful mate. Mae has such a gorgeous demeanour. She is a fast learner and would thrive with ongoing training as she aims to please.
Mae is not a dog to be left alone in a yard for hours on end. She wishes for nothing more than to be a part of your life and included in all the day to day activities and is therefore best suited to a home where someone is around more often than not.
Mae is energetic but is equally happy to lay at your feet or snuggle up for cuddles.
Mae is presently living with several dogs in her foster home and she adores them. She is also presently living with indoor cats and is mostly respectful of them. Mae just wants to play with everyone.
Mae sleeps soundly indoors in her crate overnight and this must continue. Toilet training is going great.
Mae is wonderful with children of all ages but because of her exuberance she would be better suited to a home with children aged 10 and over. She really is a delightful girl with a giant heart and will bring so much joy into your life.
Mae had contracted Parvovirus before coming into care and spent 6 days in intensive care battling the virus. She has since made a full recovery and cannot wait to restart a brand new life with a wonderful family.
