Juniper (or Jenny for short) has had pups but she is really just a pup herself. She is a playful and inquisitive girl, wanting to be in the thick of the action or close by. Sometimes she gets a bit bouncy in her excitement to see you so needs encouragement to settle down, but then is happy to be laying by your feet inside or outside in the sun keeping you and your home safe.

Jenny just loves getting lots of belly rubs or having her paw held, and she’ll let you know not to stop by giving a nudge with her nose: she is the sweetest girl with a loving personality. She gets along with her foster carer's older small dog, but can still be boisterous getting to food and toys. She is crate trained and quite often goes in her crate just chill out.

Jenny loves to run fast and jump high so would need more training if around small children or the elderly: she would do well with a dog of similar age or energy level, but she would also be fine by herself getting all the attention. She is currently getting used to a lead and halti as she’s not had a lot of walks but is doing well. Jenny loves food and treats and will sit and give a paw. As is common with the staffy breed she does get some skin allergies, so her carers are currently restricting grass time to help with this.

Jenny loves big bones to keep her teeth nice and clean and might try to find a hidy hole to keep for another day. She sometimes likes to self soothe by sucking on a pillow corner or soft toy...it's adorable!!

This affectionate girl is eagerly waiting for a loving forever home where with training and love she will be an amazing family member.

Juniper is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative) and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
