Meet Florence!

Brought to the shelter as a stray before the New Year, Florence is an incredibly vivacious and affectionate lady who can't believe she hasn't been reclaimed yet! Always one to look on the bright side, Florence can't wait for her new forever family to walk through our doors and scoop her up!

Florence will either greet you at the front of her cage or expects you to enter her abode when she's at the back of her scratcher having a snooze. She is a very lovely little cat who enjoys the company of people, no matter who, and would be suited to most homes/families. She has been fairly uninterested in meeting the other animals, and we think she'd be happier without other pets. She would make a great companion for an older couple who would enjoy having a cat in their lap whenever they sit down on the couch. Florence is quite healthy for a cat her age, but potential adopters should be mindful of old-age related health requirements.
