About Alex *9 Lives Project Rescue*
Meet Alex! He's a charming feline companion full of charisma. Alex had a horrible start to life, he was dumped in a taped up box on a doorstep.
Alex is a unique feline who draws his confidence from his fellow cats rather than humans at first. He is truly a cat's cat! Having a feline friend around makes him feel safe, secure, and brings out his playful side. He happily coexists with other feline friends, and will make a wonderful companion for another cat, or a cat-friendly dog.
Playtime is Alex's favourite pastime - whenever there's an opportunity, Alex is all into it! His joyous frolicking and mirthful nature will fill your home with laughter and light. He's a sucker for the classic laser pointer chase, and he loves puzzle games and chasing feather toys.
When Alex is not running amok and exerting his energy, he appreciates the quiet moments too, snuggling up in a warm, cosy spot in the house. He does prefer to have a cozy nook where he can retreat, and feel secure.
Alex’s ideal family will be patient and understanding while he adjusts to his new environment and starts to see his new human(s) as friends. Given the right environment and companionship, Alex will blossom into a confident and loving cat (as he has in his foster home), making him an amazing addition to any family.
Note: Preference will be given to homes where Alex will have another cat to bond with and learn from.

1. We ask that you fill in our Adoption Application before we make arrangements to meet a cat or kitten. This will help us to match you the best suited cat or kitten.

2. We will conduct an Interview via phone or video chat if your application is successful.
3. We will invite you to a meet and greet at a time that suits you and our foster carer.
4. If it is a purrfect match for cat and hooman, you will need to:
- Pay the adoption fee as listed. We accept direct deposit or cash.
- Sign our final adoption agreement and send it back to us
- We will conduct a house check and drop off your new friend. We carry out house checks to ensure that there aren't any escape routes, or toxic plants etc.
- We prefer our cats to remain indoors at all times for their safety and the safety of wildlife and are only outside if they have access to a cat run our are outside with supervision.
