Neo

Neo is a 6 year old Catahoula x who was rescued from a life of neglect. When he first came into care, Neo was very thin and had no manners at all. He had spent a lifetime outside without basic training, and it showed! But with some love and patience, he has progressed wonderfully! Training never stops though, and Neo could further improve with ongoing instruction.

Neo is a super bouncy and happy boy. He would be best suited to a home with no small children due to how excitable he can get but he would appreciate having older kids 13+ to play ball with. He has been untested with cats but would say it is not fitting.

Neo can be left alone for a few hours and shows no separation anxiety. He is only vocal in times of play with a distinct howl. He really loves big tennis balls and will often play on his own.

Neo walks well on a lead without other dogs in sight but can pull a bit when he does see a dog and has displayed excitement, However we believe he is best suited to a home with no other dogs until his training has been fine-tuned.

Neo is a handsome, clever and affectionate dog who will make a great best friend for someone who loves big dogs and enjoys teaching them new tricks!
