Jimmy

introducing the sweet little gentleman Jimmy.
Jimmy is wee little ti 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier who has the most gentle personality- he even stands back to let his foster carer walk through the door first., such a Gentleman
Jimmy can be a little standoffish and shy of new people at first but warms up with gentle words and of course a few yummy treats lol
He enjoys a daily walk and never pulls on the lead and his confidence is growing with each day.He also travels well in the car, he jumps in and out independently.
Jimmy isn’t especially interested in making friends with other dogs. He is not reactive, just indifferent to making a canine friend. As he has no desire to b have a K9 friend we are going to seek a home with no other dogs as he really has absolutely no interest in them at all.
Jimmy is definitely a man who loves the creature comforts of being inside is toilet trained however has had a couple of accidents in the house so he would benefit from a doggie door as we feel he requires easy access to in and out
When Jimmy arrived his mouth was full of rotten teeth so we have had all of them removed and he has very few left so he is now on a soft food diet which he is not complaining about lol
Jimmy makes a great little watchdog and will let you know when someone is at the door but apart from that he is a quit little chap who adores watching you in the garden and chilling on the couch watching TV with you
Jimmy has been left alone outside and copes well and he doesn’t appear to bark when alone. He doesn’t bother with the dog beds offered to him and prefers the couch and sleeps at night on his foster carer's bed.
Jimmy would suit a quiet home with human company the majority of the time. He is very easy going and loving.
Jimmy is a lovely little fella and we can see him being wonderful as a little companion for someone who needs a friend
Jimmy has not been around children while in our care and we feel that a quite home would be best suited for this amazing little wee fella
Jimmy can be easily bathed in a small sink and he has no trouble enjoying a relaxing scrub

Adoption Criteria
A home with a nice little yard that is well fenced and secure with shade and shelter
A home where Jimmy will be allowed to be an inside outside boy
A home where Jimmy can go on a nice little daily walk
A home with no others dogs or children please
A home that will be kind and gentle and love little Jimmy for the rest of his life
A home where someone his home more often than not
