About Benny
*In foster care in Meadowbank, Sydney*
Benny is a shy boy who takes a moment to come out of his shell - but when he does, it's game over for any toy, snack, or heart that's within his reach!
This sweet darling took the longest of his litter to get comfortable in his foster home, but he's grown into a mighty explorer who's often perched in the highest cat tree or on the sunniest windowsill. He adores nose scratches and will purr with delight the moment your attention is on him :)
And if ever you can't find him, check any jacket pockets or under blankets - they're his favourite spots for having a secret snooze!
Like all Maggie's pets, Benny is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... is with humans who'll be patient with me as I settle in - I promise I'm worth it! I love getting up to antics, being up high to watch everything that's going on, and getting cosy on a warm lap at every opportunity :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a bit quieter than my brother and sister, but I still enjoy playing when the toys come out. I think I'll grow up to be a classic lap cat when I'm older!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Older kids (5+) who'll let me sleep in and give me space when I need it would be a purrfect match!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I spend lots of time cuddling with my brother Keiryn, and I'm certainly curious about my foster sisters so I'd probably be OK living with another nice cat!
I haven't met any dogs at this stage.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
