About Colby Jack
*In foster care in Lidcombe, Sydney*
Named for his gorgeous colour pattern, Colby Jack also has sweet white ear tips and the dreamiest eyes :) He'll have any human eating out of his paw!
This charming lad can take some time to get used to new people and situations, but there's a big personality waiting inside - and once he's feeling comfortable, he never stops playing and cuddling! He adores his foster mum and loves taking naps on top of her more than anything else in the world :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Colby Jack is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a great cat castle for me to survey my kingdom from, like the one in my foster home! I also love sunny spots, getting up close and purrsonal with my special humans, and having my own space to retreat to when I need it.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I have energy for days! But I also enjoy enjoy snoozing and watching my siblings play from the top of my castle :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I don't know any children and I can get nervous sometimes, so young kids might not be the best match for me. Older, respectful kids (aged 5+) would likely be fine!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love other cats, and I have six siblings so I'm really well socialised! Ideally I'd love to be adopted with one of them.
If you have a resident dog I'll probably be a bit shy at first, but I reckon I'll adapt!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
