Charlotte ("Lottie") finds new things, noise and strangers to be scary and will need time and her own hideaway in order to feel safe. Once she gets well acquainted, she blossoms into a very confident, playful little Miss who definitely knows her own mind!

However, she was happy to share space with her foster mum's polite doggy after slowly making friends, and enjoys the company of other cats, though bullied the gentler felines in foster. She could live with other cats, but maybe someone a little more headstrong than her. Lottie is quite independent and prefers to sit by her person rather than cuddle, be the one to make the first moves, and does not like fuss or much handling, so is best suited to a quiet, secure life indoors with an older family who understand and respect her need for space.

Lottie would love a secure cat run or enclosed garden to keep her happy, but this is not a requirement for adoption.
