Pip is a sweet little lady who came to us from the local pound. We don’t believe she has had a great start to life though is really starting to come out of her shell since being in our care.

Pip can be frightened of new people and does take a little while to warm up to strangers. This is continuing to improve though is something to be mindful of and her new family will need to be committed to continuing to build her confidence around people.

Pippi is good with other dogs though can be a bit of a bossy boots and on occasion she hasn’t wanted to share her humans with her 4 legged friends.
Pip ideally needs a home without a cat, she is currently in care with 2 cats though she is very interested in them and will chase them if she isn’t constantly supervised.

Pippi appears to be fully toilet trained, having no accidents since coming into care. She is fine in the yard during the day whilst her carer is at work and loves to be inside at night sleeping on your lap, next to you on the couch or on her bed.

Pip loves going for a walk though still hasn’t learnt not to pull on the lead. This is something that her new family can continue to work on and use a walking harness to help prevent her pulling.
She is good in the car though does get nervous and just sits there trembling.

Pippi has been a pleasure to have in care and will make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a small lovable girl to go on adventures with, and to continue building her confidence in people and life.
