Meet the strikingly handsome, gorgeous green eyed boy with a stunning black and brown fluffy coat, Mr Akira!

Our little Akira didn't have the easiest start to life. He was abandoned by his owners and started his life living on the streets of Reservoir and much like the teenage mutant ninja turtles, frequented the local drains. Thankfully, a kind neighbour rescued Akira which is how we came to foster this absolute treasure.

Over a short period of time, Akira has really come out of his shell and we are so proud of him! Although he is still learning and getting used to humans, he has discovered that he loves affection and will have no hesitation in letting you know that he would like pats and head rubs.

One of our favourite things about Akira is him greeting us in the morning with his beautiful vocals! For such a small baby, he has a great set of lungs!

Akira enjoys the company of other cats but would also be a great only child where he is the center of attention and the apple of your eye.

Something we think is important to mention is that Akira will thrive in a home that understands that it will take time to build trust, but oh boy, once you build that trust you will see how worth it it is and what a truly wonderful and special boy he is.
