About Cashew
Cashew is simply ADORABLE!!
This little girl has the sweetest little face, and you can’t help but smile with happiness when you are with her. Cashew is an affectionate little puppy who will climb into your lap for some cuddle time and attention. She will happily meet and greet new people, adults and children alike, with a waggy tail and some kisses. Cashew loves to run around the yard exploring – it’s so big considering her size! – and she has the cutest little run you have ever seen. She also loves to play with her toys and will have a game of tug of war with her carer. When it is nap time, Cashew enjoys snuggling up in her fluffy bed. Generally, this little girl has a fairly laid back attitude and takes things in her stride.
Cashew has been in foster care with her mother and sister from the day they were born. Her mother is a 10kg purebred French Bulldog and her father is unknown. While growing up, Cashew has also been living with some other adult dogs and enjoys the company of the other dogs. She is now starting to follow them and her carer around to see what fun she should be getting into and is doing adorable little play bows. Cashew will need a home where she has regular socialisation with other dogs. This would ideally be in the form of playdates with other known friendly dogs in a controlled environment, at least to start with while she is learning.
This little girl is expected to grow to a small size and will require some daily exercise throughout her life. Her foster carer has given her a great start, exposing her to lots of everyday noises like the lawn mower, power tools and household appliances. Being such a young puppy, Cashew’s new owners will need to be committed to all the training that puppies require and should have a plan in place for doing this. She is getting quite good at using fake grass for toileting needs in her pen and is fine when travelling in the car. Cashew and her sister were partly hand-raised and still associate hands with food so can be a little mouthy. This along with their small size mean they would be best suited to more dog savvy children.
We are looking for a dog experienced home for Cashew where she will be a loved member of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. She would love a home with another friendly adult dog who would be able to show her the ropes. Or she can live as an only dog if her owners are able to spend the time building her independence and ability to be left alone. Regardless, Cashew would be best suited to a home where someone is home more often than not. She should be allowed inside to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. Cashew is young enough to be integrated with other types of pets with the appropriate training and guidance. This sweet little bundle of joy will bring a lot of love and happiness to her new home.

This puppy will be adopted out under a desexing contract that will require the dog to be desexed by a given age. The cost of desexing will be included as part of the adoption fee. A $250 desexing bond will be payable in addition to the adoption fee and will be refunded upon proof of desexing. This process is further discussed with successful applicants.
Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
