Hello, my name is Meri short for Meriadock. I am a hungry boy who loves my food but my foster Mum doesn't seem to know about second breakfast!! I can be both playful and outgoing but also very cuddly and gentle depending on who I am with. I am a smart boy who has already learnt to sit and I can't wait to learn more, especially if you have treats. I would thrive in a home with no cats or smaller animals because I love to chase but they don't seem to like me chasing them, weird. I was sadly abandoned with my brother's and sisters in a box and I know what it's like to be very hungry. Sometimes I get a bit mad if someone tries to take my food from me but my foster mum says I have improved drastically in the short time she has had me. That being said she thinks I would be better suited to a home with older children (6+) who know when it's okay to play and when I am best left alone. I am a curious and brave little man who loves to explore new things. I also love cuddles with my brother & my foster Mum's big dog. At first I was nervous of her dog (I was bitten on the face as a puppy) but we quickly became best friends and do everything together now. Life is great and could be even better when I am adopted into my permanent home, with a family I can call my own. I would really love to meet you and show you how loving and playful I can be. Please come see me and have a chat with my foster mum to know all about me

Adoption details
Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
