About Buddy
If you’re looking for a great mate and a best buddy, then here he is! Buddy has all the qualities you value in a friend: he is loyal; he seeks your company and shakes your hand; he is playful and loves being with people and other dogs; and he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
This boy is at a perfect age for adopters - he is still young enough to enjoy learning new skills and playing, he is completely toilet trained and he sleeps soundly all night either inside or outside. Buddy has outgrown any of the potential naughtiness of a puppy, so your shoes are safe. Buddy is easy to train because he is eager to please and he loves praise, food, and treats. He sits when told, always comes when called and he loves playing fetch.
Buddy is a particularly affectionate dog and will put his head gently on your lap or nudge your hand for a pat. He is currently fostered with small female dogs, and he is respectful of them and gentle in his play. With his beautiful dark brindle coat and his huge smile, he is truly a friend to all who meet him.
Buddy would be best suited to a situation where he can get daily exercise and where he is included in family activities.
Buddy will require adopters who are committed to continuing his training to ensure he reaches his full potential as a great pet.
