🐾 Hi there! My name is Joey, and despite my small stature, I have a heart full of love to give! I'm an adorable 12-week-old puppy with a sweet personality and a love for chatting with my human friends.

🐶 I've recently learned how to play with toys, and I absolutely love fetching and returning them to you! My foster family has a doggie door, and I've been having a great time exploring the outside world with my furry foster siblings.

💕 I'm known to be a good boy, always gentle and craving cuddles. My best feature? Definitely my ears! They make me even more irresistible! My foster family has been working on toilet training with me, and I'm doing well during the day. I'm still learning about nighttime routines, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon with a little patience and guidance.

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
