About Cheese
Cheese is the reason Puppy Eyes are called Puppy Eyes. One look into her shiny and perfectly round hazel peepers and you can’t help falling in love!
🐾 She's a bit shy at first, but once you earn her trust, she'll shower you with love and cuddles and has the sweetest little wiggle butt. This sweet pup also adores the company of other dogs and would love a furry sibling to learn from and follow. Cheese is very smart and motivated to learn. Ready to open your heart and home to this charming bundle of joy?
MY IDEAL HOME: I'm only little and very adaptable, so a yard would be nice but I think I could handle an apartment too if I get some nice exercise. I would love an older fur sibling to guide me and to play with. My foster brother has given me a lot of confidence. Ideally I'd like a quieter home, maybe some older children that understand I am a little bit shy to start with?
MY ENERGY LEVEL: My foster Mum said I am super fast and athletic, but I really do need a lot of naps to make it through the day too. Especially cause I'm just little. I love playing though and running around. Once I'm grown, I'm likely going to have medium energy requirements, meaning one or two walks a day.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I love playing so children sound fun, but I'd prefer if they are not too loud and boisterous, maybe already a little bit older? So they know to approach me calmly until I know them and they're my friends.
MY SUITABILITY TO DOGS AND CATS: I looooooooove dogs. Dogs are great. So fun. So nice. I would be delighted if you had another dog! Haven't met any cats yet up close, but they seen alright? I saw one yesterday in the hallway and she wasn't too scary.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
