✨🌙 MEET MOON 🌙✨

Some cats shine like the sun, demanding attention and soaking up the spotlight. But me? I’m more like the moon - quiet, mysterious, and happy to glow from a distance.

Nature
I’m still learning to trust people, so I won’t be the cat who jumps into your lap or asks for cuddles. But I do feel comfortable enough to be near my humans, watching the world go by from my favourite spots. My ideal day includes lounging on top of the cat tower, curling up in a hammock bed, or stretching out on the couch, completely at peace in my own little world. I’ll happily come out to eat next to my Foster Mum at dinner time, but we have an arrangement where she knows not to touch me.

While I might be reserved with people, I adore other cats! Their presence makes me feel safe and happy, and I would thrive in a home with a feline friend to show me the ropes. If you already have a kitty looking for a gentle, easygoing companion, I’d be the perfect addition to your home.

I may never be a lap cat, but with time and patience, I might just let you be part of my universe and learn to love pats. I currently live with several other cats who are just like me - unsure of humans and learning to adjust, which I believe holds me back from reaching my full potential. Once I’m away from them and with a quiet, loving family with a confident cat friend, I’m sure I’ll come around much quicker.

I would be best suited to no children due to my nature.

I would love a home with a confident cat to teach me to trust humans more. There's a few in my foster home, so if you don't already have one, perhaps you can consider adopting me as a pair with one of them!

I live with a 50kg dog and don’t mind her at all.

✅ I love food, cats, and hammocks!

❌ I dislike sudden movements and being touched.

My PURR-fect home would be a quiet, mature home. I’d love patient humans who will let me come around at my own pace. An indoor only home is essential for me!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
