About Po
For her tiny size, Po packs in lots of personality. She's such a beautiful, friendly confident little girl. She's always been the smallest of her litter, but that hasn't stopped her rumbling with her bigger siblings, and even much bigger kittens again who have come into her foster home.
She demands your attention when you come into a room by trying to meow at you, but half the time no sound comes out, which is totally hilarious.
She's utterly mad for food (despite her tiny size). It's hard to get to her food bowls because she's darting around you so much. You can barely get the food out of the can before she's trying to eat it.
Her mum was a Siamese, so chances are she'll always be on the smaller side, and will keep those fine Siamese features.
She's great with other cats, with dogs (there are two dogs in her foster home) and with kids. The kids at her foster home are always picking her up and carting her around.
Basically she would be great for just about any home.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
