About Lilly
Introducing Lilly!
Lilly is a Domestic Short Hair born approx 23rd March 2023.
Lilly was brought in to the facility with her mum Cleo, back when she was only 3 months old. Both Cleo & Lilly were very timid girls and we've been working on their socialising & confidence ever since. Once Lilly is comfortable with you, she will purr & rub all over you for your attention.. She will even reach out to you to try to bring your hand in closer so you can pet her (which is what's happening in her photo).
Lilly can still be quite timid when meeting new people and she does still hide when she's first introduced to new environments, but with quiet and calm greetings (aided by Dine treats) it doesn't take her long to start coming out for pats.
As she is still learning to trust humans, we are recommending a home with no small children as they will be too overwhelming for her & she may not come out of hiding.
Lilly has been socialised with other cats & kittens at the facility and they all get along very well. She would be suitable to live with other cats or to be the spoilt "only child" in the home.
Lilly will be rehomed to a family who will keep her as an inside cat only.
Lilly is litter trained and would make a wonderful addition to most families.
If you think you could be that furever family for Lilly, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Her adoption fee is $200 & this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Lilly is currently located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
