Doing dog rescue you meet some special souls. Patrick might be one of the sweetest.

Patrick has had it tough. Discarded and left at the pound, Patrick waited and waited for his owners but they never came. He was let down and we could see the obvious signs of mistreatment. Very skinny and unsure of the world, Patrick didn’t know what home meant.

Despite his past, Patrick is truly without a doubt the most beautiful, gentle and loving souls we have ever rescued. Every single person he meets, regardless of his mistreatment, Patrick puts his head in their lap. He looks up at you with the biggest brown eyes and melts your heart.
All he wants to do is lay his head there in your lap and be by your side.

Just the most special boy, Patrick has the sweetest softest face and all you’ll want to do is cuddle him. That’s all he wants from you too! A true snuggle buddy.

Patrick is really well behaved inside the house, and when left alone he does amazing. He sleeps in his crate like an Angel but now he prefers it on the bed by your side….
Toys for Patrick to chew on and someone to take him for a big walk every day being part Border Collie. This guy is pretty chill but he needs the mental and physical stimulation to stay happy.

Patrick is being fostered with a big brother similar size to him but his interactions with other dogs have been a little overwhelming for him.This boy could happily live with another dog after a very slow introduction as thus far he isn’t dog friendly meeting dogs on the go.
No dog parks for Patrick. We walk him through the streets and by the Merri Creek every day but make sure he doesn’t go up to other dogs.

Patrick would pretty much fit into any home. He just adores his people and would be amazing with kids being so gentle.

Someone to love him regardless of his attitude to other dogs…he is just a dream to have. He has been such a joy to foster and so easy to look after!

He is just a gentle angel. It’s the best way to describe him. Patrick will win you over instantly. We will miss him so much and all the cuddles he gives.
