About Matilda
Matilda, a beautiful floofy tortie girl, once a family pet, left at the shelter at 9 months old, because she was pregnant. A familiar story in rescue.
Matildas 3 kittens are all grown up and now its her time to find a loving home. Matilda is friendly and playful and loves other cats. She has made best friends with her foster sister Nina, also a young mum. Matilda is looking for a home with another friendly cat or dog and we would love Matilda and Nina to be adopted together or even with one of her kittens. Matilda loves attention and needs stimulation so is not suited as an only cat.
Matilda has a loud purr and a gentle meow when she plays or wants attention. While she is friendly, Matilda is shy with new people but loves pats and is happy to be picked up. Not yet a lap cat, she will sleep on the couch and happily jump on the bed. We feel in a home with less cats she will be more affectionate.
Matilda loves playing with her foster friends adult and kittens and will chase soft toys and play in the tunnel.
Matilda will fit into any home with older kids and an outdoor enclosure will be a bonus.
