About Troy
Hi, my name is Troy and I’m a Labradoodle. I actually look more like a black retriever, but have a mix of both my parents.
I came into care about a month ago and needed to be desexed and decompress.
I’ve had 2 homes before I came into care with TOTF, due to no fault of mine. My first home I was mistreated, so then they put me on gumtree. My next home was very brief, as I was petrified of the men in the house. That’s how I’ve ended up with TOTF.
My foster mum and dad have been so good to me. They have 2 other male dogs(golden retriever and a Groodle) who I love hanging out with. They have taken me in so many adventures that I love.
My forever home would be a family that’s really active, a fur sibling at similar size as I’m a decent size and love playing.
I have been a inside outside furkid and I love it. I’m very respectful of my inside home.
Oh and by the way, I love my foster dad! The moment I met him I loved him. So it’s not all men.
As I’m only still a pup I do still need training and I’m very happy to learn.
Because I’ve grown really quickly I look like I’m a adult dog, but I’m still a bubba needing some guidance and love.

Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
