Blu is a typical staffy. She is a smiley, quirky girl who is an absolute pleasure to have around and loves people. She has some obedience training and wants to please her humans; does jump up a little if excited. Blu is fully house trained and will alert you to anyone approaching your home or unusual noises, but stops barking when asked. She's very quick and dashes off investigate visitors or noises. Blu does like to cheekily check out and take food on your kitchen bench if you aren't careful - that's her naughty trait and will need to be worked on.

Blu walks well on lead although does pull if excited but will stop with some practice with verbal cues. She is non-reactive to dogs behind fences but will pull towards dogs at times. Generally she's pretty good on lead and enjoys her walks. She's good in the car and enjoys going for drives.

Blu is rather bossy with other dogs in her home. If the other dog is submissive then this isn't a problem, but if you already have a dominant or strong willed dog then chances are Blu will clash with him. She will suit either a single dog household or sharing the home with a very chill, relaxed male dog who doesn't mind a bossy boots ruling the roost! She is untested with cats or other animals.

Blu is a lovely, typical personality-filled staffy Miss, so if you love your Staffies we think you will quickly fall for this girl.

Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
