About Toast - Located in Preston
Hey there fabulous human! I'm Toast, the undisputed queen of tortitude, and I'm here to spice up your life! Picture this: a sassy little feline dynamo ready to bring the purrfection to your humble abode.
I'm not just any cat; I'm a spunky señorita with a penchant for play. Siblings, check. Furry friends, double-check. I'm the socialite of the cat world, and I'm on the lookout for a partner in crime—whether it's a fellow furball or a doggo with good vibes.
Hide and pounce is my jam! Whether it's sneak attacking my sisters, ambushing a mouse toy, or giving your unsuspecting toes a run for their money, I'm a pro at keeping life entertaining. And let's talk about my superhero skills—I'll fearlessly slay the monsters under the blanket, ensuring your beauty sleep remains undisturbed.
But it's not all fun and games; I'm a dedicated taste tester. Your cooking will never go uncharted because I'm here to ensure it meets the highest feline culinary standards. Safety first, right?
Need a wingman for life's adventures? Look no further. I've got your back, front, and all the sides. Adopt me, and let the sassy snuggles and playful antics commence. Together, we'll conquer the world—one sassy strut at a time! 🐾✨

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
