**STOLEN PUP READY TO STEAL YOUR HEART**
Meet HD2721 Gem, puppy-napping victim and all round goodest girl.
This little lady has done it rough in her short life, but that doesn't stop her!
Saved by the South Hedland Vet, Gem was one of 10 puppies born by emergency c-section.
Gem and her litter mates were left orphaned when mumma didn’t make it through the surgery.
Little Gem had a very rocky start to her bottle feeding journey and almost didn’t make it to the two-week mark. She pulled through thanks to foster family patience, kindness, sleeplessness and lots of extra cuddles from a junior SAFE superstar.
Then to top it all off, just as Gem was getting ready to start looking for her new family, she was puppy-napped! After a very scary 48 hours Gem was returned to her foster home thanks to the efforts of the South Hedland Police.
After such a drama filled start to life this not-so-little lady deserves a special home!
Gem is used to older kids, cats, kittens and other puppies and thinks everybody is a friend who wants to play. She loves her clam shell pond for splashing and cooling off in, and thinks the beach is pretty awesome too.
Being a bottle raised baby Gem does tend to be a little demanding of the humans in her life and enjoys cuddles and treats.
She is a food motivated and clever pup who will learn quickly if provided some consistent boundaries and training.
Having missed out on a mumma to teach her the finer points of how-to-dog she will thrive in the company of a mature dog.
She will be on the larger side of medium, and is more than ready for her next adventure.
