About Cricket
*In foster care in Stanmore, Sydney*
Cricket is a super-sweet kitten that is growing into a cuddly lap cat. She will come when called over to the lounge for lap cuddles and will contentedly purr and nuzzle into you. She is playful and loves her Da Bird toy, trying to drag it away when she catches it! Cricket has a beautiful grey coat with spots of gold all over.
While in foster care, Cricket loves hanging with her sister Ladybug https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1014490 and has also been socialised with other adult cats and gets on well with them. She has also grown quite brave around her foster carer's puppy who gets very excited around her so she would be ok with a home with other cats and chill dogs.
Cricket is a super sweet gorgeous girl who would fit in with most homes. Perhaps you have room for her adorable cuddly sister Ladybug https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1014490 too?
Like all Maggie's pets, Cricket is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Most homes would suit Cricket! I'd fit in with a single person, couple or family with children who are gentle with me and allow me to come to them will be best - over 5+ years ideally. I would be ok with other friendly cats and dogs too.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: usual kitten - playtime followed by naps!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids aged 5+ will be the best match for me. I am affectionate and like to snuggle on your lap on my terms but I don't really like being held and carried.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Cricket gets on well with cats and dogs!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
