About Spike
Meet Spike - our beautiful floofy kitten who sports a cool and distinct white stripe down his back, lending him a striking appearance that's impossible to overlook. Beneath that charming exterior, Spike is a friend for life, waiting for his purrfect match.
Spike is a sweet, affectionate boy who will likely become very attached to his human(s) once he has settled into his new home. He is a playful kitten but doesn't cross the bounds into hyperactivity, resonating with those who appreciate the quiet comfort of a pet's company but also the occasional fun-filled play session.
Please keep in mind that Spike can be a bit shy around new humans. If you come to meet him, it is likely he will be a little bashful. Because of this, he keeps being overlooked by adopters, who have opted to take home his more boisterous siblings. (Introverts can likely relate to how Spike feels about this.) Please rest assured that once he knows you, he is anything but shy.
Spike will do best in a house with a human who can give him lots of cuddles. He is very social and loving, and gets along well with other cats (though he will need time to adjust to them). He is an excellent choice for a family ready to welcome his paw-sitive energy.
Spike gives his whole heart to those close to him, and is a guaranteed source of endless joy.
Adoption details
If interested in a cat that is available for adoption, we require you to fill out an adoption application, and one of our lovely foster carers will give you a call to organise a time for a meet and greet.
Please note: As we are all volunteers with limited time up our sleeves, we prefer all interested potential adopters to fill out an application, rather than send an enquiry, as this helps us know more about you and what you are after, and saves us all a lot of time!

If forms aren't for you though, please SMS us (the number is in the link) and we can call to go through the form over the phone.
