Hi! I'm Frasier, After a bit of a rough trot in life for someone so young, I am looking to find a home and someone to share all the energy and love I have. I am what you see is what you get and that is a beautiful little soul. I am calm and quiet and adore kids and love to play. I would not want you to worry though, as I love cuddles and people and other dogs. When asked to describe me in one word, my carer said: consistent, independent and playful. I guess one word was not enough to cover all my good points! An extrovert by nature, I travel in the car without complaint and am not one for digging or barking With my smart brindle coat and black muzzle I am quite handsome, if I say so myself. I do like a walk on the lead and am keen to learn the basic commands. I like the water as well and enjoy splashing about. I am not a problem at night and eat what is put in front of me. Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
