About Waffles
Waffles is a smart, inquisitive, affectionate, and handsome boy, who would love you dearly forever! As he is a puppy, he loves to chew things with his baby teeth, but he is not a destroyer. He sometimes sneakily tries to chew his foster parents' shoes, but he hasn't destroyed any pairs yet, he will stop and leave them alone immediately when told no. Master W is happy with the chew toys and a tug rope he has got and is a fan of palm fronds in the backyard! He knows how to sit and wait for his meals and treats and knows how to use the doggy door. He already started to get himself out for the toilet, and rarely makes a mistake inside. His foster parents believe that he will pick up very quickly 'where to pee' in a new home. He is a playful puppy, as any puppy should be, he is very good at switching off and resting. He sleeps thorough the night in his crate, although he will be equally happy to give you cuddles in the bed at night, for sure. He is good with his foster cat sibling. He loves playing with the cat (and the cat loves it too). Again, when he is told to leave the cat alone, he does. He is quite good with his recall but will need a continuous training. Good news is, he loves food, so the training will be fun and easy. Waffle has met a few different breed/size dogs, from his sibling puppy to a great dane. He hasn't shown any aggression or fear. He adores humans and is very good with the school-aged children (tested). He hasn't met the toddlers yet, but his foster parents would be very surprised if he is not good with them. With his loving personality, he will be good with any family settings. The adopter who has a puppy training experience will be even better!
Waffle will fit into any type of family situation where he is a big part of his family; as long as he included in the family, he will be a happy guy. Adopters who understand his breed will particularly benefit if they choose to have Spring as a member or their family.
Waffle will require adopters who are committed to continuing his training to ensure that he will be the best version of himself that he can possibly be. His foster mum would love to have a chat if you would like to know any more about this special dog.
To ensure a reply, please tell us a bit about yourself and your location. Interstate adoption is available at adopter’s expense.
