About Abyss - Located in Brunswick East
Hey there, world! I'm Abyss, the mini black panther with a name that promises a wild ride into the depths of love. Spoiler alert: resistance is futile—I'll have you wrapped around my little paw in no time.
Picture this: sleek, inky fur that's basically the feline equivalent of a moonless night. And let's not forget my eyes, the ultimate abyss magnets. One look, and you're hooked—no escape!
Now, let's talk talents. I'm not just a pretty face; I'm the purr-master extraordinaire. My mesmerizing purr is like a siren's call, luring you into a snuggle vortex. Once you're in, good luck escaping the cozy cuddle trap.
But wait, there's more! I'm all about the playtime extravaganza, especially with my partner in crime, Void. We're the dynamic duo of mischief, leaping and bouncing our way through life. I'm on the lookout for a forever home where my playfulness can shine, preferably with Void or another cat or dog who's up for the challenge (and snuggles, of course).
Think you can keep up with my antics? If so, get ready for a daily dose of laughter, love, and the occasional acrobatic feat. Life with Abyss is an adventure, and I guarantee you'll fall head over heels into the abyss... of adoration. So, are you ready to dive into the abyss with me? Let the fun—and the snuggles—begin! 🐾

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
