About Tanki

Breed- Staffy x
Colour- Tan and White
Sex- Male- I will be desexed
My perfect home would be- A family who is happy to take me out exploring!
-Another dog in the home to play with.
-Inside with the family, either cuddling on the couch, sleeping in the bed sharing the pillow or just simple hanging out at family game night.
-LOTS and LOTS of love
-Time to train me as I just want to please.
Animal Preferences-
Cats- I'm still very young so with a slow intro to the cat we should be able to live happily.
Dogs- YESSSSSS Give me all the doggie friends! I am currently in a play group with some other dogs while hanging gout at BARC and I love it.
Grooming needs- Due to my short coat, I wont require much in the brushing area.
My new family may include-
Kids of any age however I would like to meet them first.
My personality is-
-Playful.
-Fun loving!!
-Easily excitable.
-Massive lovebug.
-Active .
I need training and this is something I am super keen on doing with my family. It is recommend that we head to a dog school where we can learn as a family how to train and be on our best behaviour.
To book a meet and greet with Tank please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
