About Remi
Hi! I'm Remi, a 3-year-old red and tan Kelpie on the smaller size (12kg), and I can't wait to find my forever home!
I am fully crate trained and I sleep very well through the night. I'm considerate and won't jump onto your furniture, though with permission, I'd love a spot on the couch with you. My favourite thing to do is sit next to my humans whilst they stroke my face or rub my belly.
I'm smart and very food motivated, which means I try my hardest to learn new tricks! I understand ‘sit’ and ‘come’, and have made improvements in my recall when out and about. I am learning to walk on loose lead, and to wait patiently when meeting new people. I will continue to grasp these things quickly in my new home with consistent training. Best of all, when it's time to rest, I understand 'kennel' and know it's time to relax whilst my humans go about their day.
My ideal home is with an active household who knows their way around working breeds and makes me a part of their daily life. I am not suited to a home with cats or other small pets, and would prefer to go to a house without another doggie pal. I am best matched to a family with children over 10 years old.
If you're looking for a lively and loving companion who will look up at you with loving eyes, I'm your girl! Fill out the adoption form today, and let's embark on a lifetime of adventures together.
Remi is located in VIC.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
