About Billie
Introducing Billie, one of the most darling dogs you're likely to meet. Billie may be a tad shy initially, but her innate charm and emerging bravery are rapidly making her a star at our rescue center.
Learning to confidently walk on a lead has been part of Billie's journey, and she's showing impressive progress every day with the right encouragement. She loves to play with toys and gets along well with other dogs her size. When it comes to toys, she is adept at taking turns and displaying a gentle mouth.
While Billie is a bit timid at first meeting, it doesn't take her long to open up. Given just a bit of time, she becomes simply irresistible. She warms to people quickly, creating strong bonds with those who understand and appreciate her gentle nature.
Her gradually increasing bravery is most evident in her play sessions, as she bounds about with an ever-present doggy smile. If you have a calm home and a tender heart for a shy, sweet dog who wants to learn and grow, then Billie might just be the perfect addition to your family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
