About Skye
*In foster care in STANMORE, Sydney*
Curious, brave and super-loving, Skye the adventure kitty has grown up alongside four brothers - so she's learnt how to hold her own in a crowd!
This petite and beautiful girl loves to let you know she needs a cuddle with her teeny-tiny meows, purring loudly the second you start to stroke her :) She enjoys chasing anything on a string, as well as ping pong balls and her siblings, and has developed a pretty cool circus act where she balances on her foster humans' shoulders while they walk around!
Like all Maggie's pets, Skye is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I adore my foster humans, especially when playtime and cuddles are involved, so my purrmanent home will need to be very loving and nurturing. As an independent and resourceful cat I can definitely entertain myself while you're at work though!
I like to sleep on my cat tree or snuggled up to my feline friends, so a nice kitty companion would be awesome! And I always get a kick out of people admiring my little patchy nose and fluffy ears :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! I require regular stimulated playtime, but these bursts of play rarely last long - and they're always followed by a serious snooze sesh. I also understand that night time is quiet time, so as long as I've spent my kitten energy during the day I'm content to wind down at night.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't met any kids yet, I'm very gentle with my play, so with the right introduction I'm sure family life would suit me down to the ground!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My brothers are great fun, and I'd love a BFF (Best Feline Friend) to bond with, but I reckon I could live happily as a solo cat too.
I have met one dog and didn't seem to mind him, so I'd possibly suit a home with a cat-friendly canine!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
