At a tall and strikingly good-looking Kelpie, Gadget does have a bit of dog reactivity that’s improving with time and training. He needs a dedicated family who can continue his progress with patience and commitment.

MY IDEAL HOME:
Gadget is seeking a fun-loving, active individual, couple, or family who’s up for adventures and can match his high energy. As a working line Kelpie, he thrives on both physical and mental stimulation. While he’s a high-drive dog, he’s also extremely well crate trained and quickly calms down in his safe space.

MY ENERGY LEVEL:
Gadget is a bundle of energy who needs more than just a walk around the block. Engage him with some fun, breed-specific games, and he’ll be one happy pup. While he’s full of life, he’ll forgive you if you miss a walk or two!

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN:
Given his age and energy, Gadget would do best in a home without young kids. He’s still learning to manage his excitement, so a family with experience in handling high-drive working dogs would be ideal.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS:
Gadget is best as the only pet in the home. But with him around, you’ll have all the companionship and love you could ever need.
