About Paige
Name- Paige
Age- 12 weeks
Breed- Catahoula x Bull Arab
Colour- Brindle
Sex- Female- I will be desexed in the new year when the vets reopen!.
My perfect home would be- A family who is happy to take me out exploring!
-Another dog in the home.
-Inside with the family, either cuddling on the couch, sleeping in the bed sharing the pillow or just simple hanging out at family game night.
Animal Preferences-
Cats- I have never met a cat but at this age I will be okay to meet and live in a home with a cat. Slow intro would be needed.
Dogs- YES PLEASE!!! I would love to live in a home with another dog, I just adore other dogs and want to play all day long with them. I also really enjoy sleeping with another dog around.
Grooming needs- Due to my short coat I would only need a brush every few days just to keep the hair under control, the rest I can do myself.
My new family may include-
Kids of any age however it would be important that you are aware I am only still young so I will mouth and jump when I get excited! Some kids may be scared of this behaviour.
My personality is-
-Active and playful- I love to have a play with my toys.
-Cheeky young pup.
-Little timid to begin with but warm up super-fast.
-Massive lovebug
It will be good to get me into puppy school when you take me home as this will help me learn the skills I will need as I grow big and strong. I want to learn and please with my owners.
To book a meet and greet with Peta please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
