About Tito
Meet Tito, a long-legged charmer who is a perfect companion for those who love spending quality time with their pooch. Tito has a deep love for human companionship, making him an affectionate, loyal friend. Perfect for someone who has time to share for a game of fetch, a walk, or simply to lounge around at home.
Tito is energetic and enjoys the thrill of exploring his surroundings. However, being a good climber, he needs a home with solid fencing to ensure his safety.
If you already have other small dogs, you’ll be delighted to know that Tito gets along well with other little canine companions.
If you would like to find out more about little Tito, please contact our Shelter Manager, Yvette on 0421 831 128.
Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: friendsofthepound.com/adoption-apply
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on the cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten. and 15-20 years for a puppy.
