Hi there! 👋
My name is Walter. I'm a vibrant & affectionate boy with a beautiful black & white coat. I'm a 1 year old male Border Collie. 🐕
I am not just a pretty face; I am a well-mannered pup who has mastered my basic commands with ease. I am highly food motivated, making training sessions a breeze. I am house trained, dog friendly, and just enjoy being at my human's side. I am a true socialite in the dog world and love both two-legged and four-legged friends alike. I thrive in the company of other dogs and do not like being left alone so I must go to a home with another canine companion.
I have quickly adapted to the pleasures of daily walks, cuddles, and indoor living that foster care offers. I like the simple joys of a good walk, a game of fetch & cuddling up near my humans once the day is over. In foster care I am working on my leash walking & ignoring birds on walks but otherwise I'm pretty much perfect!
My ideal family is one that enjoys outdoor activities, regular walks, and the occasional game of fetch. I am looking for a home that can include me in their everyday lives & provide the ongoing training, socialisation, exercise & mental stimulation that a working breed needs. My love for cuddles and companionship makes me an excellent addition to any household that values the unique bond between humans and their furry friends.
Are you ready to make me a part of your family and give me the love and care I truly deserve? If so, don't miss the chance to welcome this delightful Border Collie into your heart and home!
Love & Licks,
Walter ❤🐾
