Howdy hoomans My name is Fred Dee and I'm here to introduce myself and tell you all about myself.

Now before you apply for me can I please beg you to read my bio in full as I really need the right home to call my own

Well as you can see Im exceptionally handsome with my big brown eyes. wavy thick locks and cute little underbite. I'm a bit of a mix of Maltese , Shitzu and somewhere i have also inherited lovely longer legs and Im about 11 kilos
Now let me tell you … even though i'm not a kelpie I can walk for miles and miles and yup miles and miles every day and I love it ..
I'm happy to stay at home by myself during the day while you are out and about and I will laze around napping, playing with my favorite toys and keeping those pesky birds out of the garden for you as I'm super helpful like that ..
I will need a good size yard to play in please as i am an active little fella and love stretching my legs while I run around in the grass from end to end throwing my toys around
You can cuddle me without getting hair on you and if you want to keep the birds out of your veggie garden …. I am your main man .OH yes I am lol
So when it comes to other dogs I'm polite but not wanting to make friends please. I'll walk with them but I don't want dogs in my face so im better off as an only dog please as then I get you all to myself
I love to play with toys .. toys and yup I really do love toys so the more you buy my the happier i am .. lol I actually love having a toy box to choose from as long as you are ok putting them away when i'm finished …
Actually I am a little bit like a toddler in so many ways lol I can literally refuse to do things I don't want too and you have to bribe me on occasions
I love to play tug o war the best and definitely fetch is up at the top of my list too
I'm not a treat boy .. nope don't have any desire to eat or even try them … But i'll happily eat my food and a few bits of cheese or chicken for a treat

So when it comes to my lovely locks.Im up for a bath but my coat does grow very long and will need a groom and trim for time to time
I sleep on my bed in my foster parents room all night without a peep and i have never destroyed anything in the home and I'm a good boy and do my business outside too

Things to know
Fred Dee did have some “resource guarding behaviors” when he arrived but over time and patience this has not pretty much disappeared. We have learnt to read his body language and on the rare occasions is does appear we not trade him for the item he is guarding
On occasions over some seasons Fred will have a seasonal allergy itch and this is easily fixed with a few allergy tablets and comes good
Freddie has a perineal hernia on his rear end that is cosmetic only and our vets have checked this and said it does not need to be removed as its cosmetic only He has also had his anal glands manually emptied a couple times over the past 4 months

Adoption criteria
An active home who love to play fetch and love to take dogs walking
A home with a med to large size yard with secure fencing so he has a place to play
No children under teenage years please due to his occasional resource guarding
A home that will take him on good walk daily
A pet free home please
A home that will allow him to be an inside outside boy
A home that can have patience and understanding to manage his occasional resource guarding
