About Suzie
You’ve seen The Farmer Wants A Wife …. well, Suzie is looking for a farmer!
Suzie, is a 5 year old female blonde kelpie. She used to live on a farm with five other dogs and enjoyed working with her sisters. Since leaving the farm she has not had any livestock to work but absolutely loves following foster dad around the property and helping him with his chores.
One of the first things she did when arriving in care was to jump in the back of the polaris and go for a ride. Although she loves both foster parents, it seems that foster Dad is her unofficial favourite.
Suzie is a very gentle girl and who will quickly settle into her new surroundings. She is currently in care with five other dogs and gets on well with them all. There is a resident cat as well who doesn’t care for dogs, but Suzie is not fussed by her at all.
Sitting and waiting for dinner to be prepared is easy for this girl! She also sleeps all night inside in her crate, has fabulous recall and is also toilet trained.
Suzie does not mind when her foster parents go out, but she loves human company so would like a home where someone is around most of the day. A property with some space where she can wander around with Dad (or Mum) would be ideal.
Young children are a bit much for Suzie, so she would prefer a quieter home with older kids and a doggy friend to play with.
If you live in suburbia with lots of noise and activity, Suzie may not be your girl. She is a country chick at heart so if you have a bit of space and you’re looking for a 2IC to help you around the place, look no further. Suzie would love to help you out and in return only asks for pats, cuddles, nice dinners and your company.
Sounds like your new family member?? Send in an application – Suzie cuddles are waiting.
Suzie is located in QLD.
