About Malibu
Introducing the delightful Malibu! This young dog is sweet and friendly, with an extroverted personality that makes her a beloved friend to everyone at the shelter. Malibu is bold in her interactions with people but can be shy at times, particularly when visiting vets. Her youth means she harbors a vibrant energy that is contagious and ready to joyfully fill a new home.
Malibu is fantastic around other dogs. She can comfortably be rehomed with another dog of similar size and energy level. This being said malibu would be able to go home as the only dog but would need ongoing dog socialization.
Malibu is a smart cookie with a trainable nature but may occasionally jump up in her enthusiasm. Therefore, her new family must be committed to ongoing training and socialization as she matures, building on her already positive interactions. An active home and lifestyle would suit Malibu perfectly.
Malibu would best be suited to a family that is familiar with larger breeds, Malibu’s new home should have plenty of physical and mental enrichment opportunities to keep her engaged. A house filled with children older that 5 years.
In the right home, Malibu promises to bring joy, energy, and unlimited tail wags. If a playful, large breed young dog sounds like the missing piece in your family puzzle, Malibu could be your perfect match!
Malibu is yet to be desexed as she’s young and not at proper weight to be desexed, so the process would be foster to adopt until she is desexed.
