Cookie is a sweet elderly lady with some quirks!

Cookie has lived in a few different homes in her life and is looking for her final forever home where she can settle down and enjoy the remainder of her years. She is an absolute sweetheart and if often seen charming the shelter staff with her beautiful colours and amazing singing voice. Although she is mostly sweet, when faced with stressful situations, cookie can have a shorter fuse and will hide if given the opportunity.

Cookie will become stressed and overwhelmed with changes in her routine and environment. Trips to the vet or adjusting to a new home are likely to trigger a stress response from her and may require some extra care.

Being a senior cat, Cookie would like a nice and quiet adult home where she can be your only pet and the center of her human’s attention. She is looking for a calm environment to allow her to relax in her golden years.

She may take some more time to adjust to her new home than some younger cats, however once she does, she will show you the sweet and loving personality that hides beneath.
