Jett 🥎 German Spitz x, 6yo (On Trial 16/2/24)

Jett is a male, German Spitz with possibly a bit of Pomeranian or Schipperke. He is almost 6 years old and weighs 10kg. He’s a perfect age, old enough to know manners but young enough to run and chase and play. He is very pretty, jet black with white splashes and highlights though his magnificent tail.

Jett loves to be with you, but isn’t clingy. He is happy to lie next to your chair and sleep on the bedroom floor. He is toilet trained, uses a doggie door.

He’s fun loving: he will bring toys or a ball back to you to throw again 🥎. He likes to splash in a pool or lake. 💦 He walks nicely on a lead. He’s very smart and loves to please you and to learn new things.

Jett was surrendered by his family because he was getting stressed in a busy household with a child and plenty of visitors. But he has been doing great in foster care. Jett's foster carer and her two other small dogs have taught Jett to share and be polite. Jett plays well off lead with other dogs at the dog park. He’s also good with the dogs he lives with.

Jett gets excited when children play and he wants to join in their games so he can’t live with children under 16. He is happy to be an only dog but he’d also be very good living with another dog to keep him entertained while you are at work. He needs a walk every day and a yard (no apartments). He bonds more quickly with women and is a bit afraid of men but he gets used to them.

🖤Jett has a stunning coat, with a long outer coat and a short, soft, undercoat.

* will take him for a walk every day,
* doesn’t work full time away from home,
* doesn’t have children under 16 years old,
* is experienced with dogs,
* other dogs are fine,
* lives in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC or SA.

Jett is in foster care in Eleebana, NSW (Lake Macquarie). ⭐️ He is available for adoption to the east coast states (but you need to come and meet him).

Jett's adoption fee is $600 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, worms, vet checked, and microchipped.
